We have over 900 m² of covered space with all the facilities needed to manufacture our vehicles. The large workshop is the strategic tool around which the entire logistics of rental services, maintenance, and vehicle preparation revolves. This in-house infrastructure allows us to provide fast responses and solutions in emergencies, while our competitors would make you wait longer by outsourcing these services. Initially, we considered using flat panels joined by seams since this process is much faster and drastically reduces costs. However, it would also add a lot of weight and compromise the strength of our one-piece fiberglass shell with a structural fiberglass core and steel spine, which provides greater resistance, durability, and less weight compared to traditional tubular frame structures. Our monocoque, which we have named the “Patagonia Camper,” is thermally insulated with injected polyurethane foam inside the shell. It weighs only 496 kg fully furnished and equipped, resulting in an ultra-light camper that is weather-resistant and built to withstand the test of time. “Quality before cost in every aspect.”
