OUR STORY

In 1966, Don Oscar Miron discovered his passion when he handcrafted his very first motorhome for the enjoyment of his family.
Fifty-nine years later, his legacy lives on. His love for the world of recreational vehicles has been passed down from generation to generation—reaching his grandson, Gabriel Miron, the current owner of Motorhome Time.
Today, Gabriel works every day to ensure that this small family business continues to grow, becoming the leading brand it is today.

1966

Don Oscar Miron built his first motorhome by hand, driven by his desire to travel and share unforgettable moments with his family.

1972

An architect from the city of Bariloche commissioned a motorhome, which Oscar built on a Rastrojero F71 diesel. At the end of that year, he embarked on a six-month journey across Europe and North Africa.

1974

Between 1974 and 1980, the motorhome built on a Rastrojero F71 chassis was the flagship model of our RV line—entirely designed and handcrafted by Don Oscar Miron.

1980

Don Oscar’s sons, Oscar Miron and Manuel Miron, joined the project, giving it a commercial structure and introducing new production techniques—most notably the use of fiberglass in what would become their second model: La Maisonette. This ultra-compact unit featured ultramodern design details and was built on a Volkswagen van chassis.

2014

The CEO and head dreamer is Don Oscar Miron’s grandson, Gabriel Miron.

2004

In 2004, we launched the first version of the PATAGONIA CAMPER, our flagship product to this day.

1990

We founded Motorhome Time Club. Our members began traveling the roads of Argentina from north to south aboard our new RVs. During this time, we received awards for product originality from Interval – Intersol.

1985

We inaugurated our factory and main operations base in Buenos Aires.
