RATES

Our prices are determined on a daily basis and adjusted according to three key factors:

Rental Duration

The longer you book, the less you pay per day. We offer progressive discounts for medium and long-term rentals. The minimum rental period is 7 days.

Dates and Seasons

Rates vary depending on the time of year. During high season (summer and winter school holidays), prices are higher due to increased demand.
From May 1st to September 30th (excluding winter school break), we offer special discounts for low season.

Pick-up and Drop-off Locations

Our main base is in Buenos Aires, but we also offer pick-up and drop-off in other cities such as Salta, Mendoza, Bariloche, El Calafate, and Ushuaia, subject to availability and with an additional transfer fee.

PAYMENT TERMS

A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid at least 30 days before the rental start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 90 days before departure: 20% of the total rental fee is charged.
Between 89 and 60 days before departure: 30% of the total rental fee is charged.
Between 59 and 30 days before departure: 60% of the total rental fee is charged.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total rental fee is charged.

Important: Instead of canceling, clients may reschedule the booking or transfer it to another person under the same conditions, with up to 12 months of flexibility from the original departure date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be done only once.

Included Mileage

200 km per day included in the rental
The 200 km per day is calculated as an average over the entire rental period. This means you are not limited to exactly 200 km each day, nor are you required to stop if you exceed that number on any given day.
For example, on a 10-day rental, you will have 2,000 km available to use flexibly throughout your trip.
If the total included kilometers are exceeded at the end of the rental, the corresponding excess will be charged upon vehicle return.
